Novartis India terminated its distribution and promotion agreement with Dr Reddy's, effective 30 September 2026.
Novartis is the party ending it, and it ends to take the brands back in-house rather than to move them elsewhere. Dr Reddy's has held these exclusive promotion rights since February 2022 and keeps commercialising until 30 September, so the revenue leaves on a known date rather than a disputed one.
