Dr Reddy's Laboratories launched the first-to-market generic of Pfizer's Bosulif, bosutinib 400 mg, in the United States with 180 days of exclusivity.
The brand drew about 254 million dollars in US sales in the year to April 2026, and exclusivity caps competition while margins stay rich.
