L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Offshore won a batch of orders from ONGC covering the Pipeline Replacement Project PRP-X and a separate Well Head Platforms Project off India's west coast, classified Major on the company's own disclosure scale, which places the combined value between 5,000 and 10,000 crore rupees.
PRP-X covers engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of multiple subsea pipeline segments plus associated modification work across ONGC's offshore fields. The second contract covers four well head platforms on the same EPCIC basis. L&T discloses order value only as a band, and Major is the third of five rungs, above Large at 2,500 to 5,000 crore and below Mega at 10,000 to 15,000. The more useful read is what kind of spending this is. ONGC's offshore pipeline network dates back decades and the Pipeline Replacement Project is a running programme rather than a one-time award, so this is maintenance capex on ageing infrastructure. That makes it more repeatable and less tied to the crude price than a new field development would be, and it lands in a business that has executed fixed platforms, subsea pipelines and decommissioning work for four decades.

L&T won an ultra-mega offshore EPCIC contract from ADNOC Offshore, a band the company defines as above 15,000 crore rupees.
L&T Energy Hydrocarbon is lead partner in the consortium and executes the larger share of the scope, covering engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of new offshore facilities plus upgrades to existing ones. A significant part of the fabrication runs through L&T's own yards, so the order fills domestic capacity rather than being subcontracted away. Middle East hydrocarbon spending is what has been carrying the international order book while domestic ordering stays lumpy.

L&T's heavy engineering arm bagged Large orders of up to 5,000 crore rupees across five regions.

Larsen & Toubro won orders it classifies as Mega, valued above 7,000 crore rupees, for its Metals and Minerals business.
A Mega classification is L&T's own label for its largest order band, above 7,000 crore rupees. The order book keeps building ahead of the company's own results, and an award of this size in metals and minerals reinforces the read that the domestic capex cycle is still feeding the engineering major's pipeline.
