AdaniConneX is a 50:50 venture between Adani Enterprises and EQT's EdgeConneX. EQT expects Indian data centre capacity to rise from about 1 GW to as much as 5 GW, with another 5 billion dollars for renewables.

The investors take 5.54 percent across three tranches, valuing the airports arm at about 18 billion dollars pre-money. Proceeds fund modernisation towards 200 million passengers a year.

NTPC applied for synthetic natural gas, Talcher Fertilisers for urea, and Gallantt Ispat and Shyam Sel for syngas. The round closed on 7 September and now goes to evaluation.

IRRPL is building 601,427 AK-203 rifles at Korwa under a 2021 defence ministry contract. Adani becomes the Indian ammunition source for it, pairing rifle output with domestic feed for the first time.

Both sides of the transaction sit inside the group. The buyer is the Adani Enterprises data centre joint venture and the seller is Adani Power, so an infrastructure asset moves off the power book and into the data centre build-out.

The tie-up extends the group's push into cleaner industrial processes.

LME registration lets the output trade on the global benchmark exchange, a commercial validation as Adani scales its greenfield copper smelter.

It will house composite propellant and TNT production and create about 5,000 jobs, supporting serial production of DRDO missiles like RUDRAM-II and NASM-SR. Defence is a growing pillar of the group.

The venture positions Odisha in the global aluminium supply chain. Separately, the company opened a qualified institutional placement of equity shares on July 2 at a floor price of Rs 3,034.68 per share, with up to a 5 percent discount permitted. SBI Capital Markets, Jefferies, ICICI Securities and IIFL Capital are the bankers.

International traffic is the higher-yield layer the airport needs to move from its December domestic launch toward monetising the asset, ramping toward roughly 18 weekly freight flights.
