Our refund and cancellation policy for paid research services.

At Finvezto, we are committed to full transparency in our services and fee structure. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our services.
All fees paid towards our services are non-refundable and non-transferable once access has been granted. The membership provides immediate access to research, reports, courses, and tools, so the service is considered delivered on activation.
Refunds may only be processed in the following cases:
Duplicate Payment: If a client has accidentally made more than one payment for the same service, the excess payment will be refunded.
Technical Error: If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from the client’s account, the same will be reversed to the original source within 7–10 working days.
Exceptional Circumstances: In very special situations, refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Where a refund is approved, it is processed pro rata for the unexpired subscription period, with no penalty or breakage fee.
Services will be delivered as per the chosen subscription plan.
