Grievance Redressal Process

How to raise a query or complaint with us, and how to escalate it through SCORES and SMART ODR.

We treat investor queries and complaints as valuable feedback, addressing them through a structured grievance redressal framework supported by a thorough review mechanism to prevent future issues and promote smooth functioning. Our core principles ensure investors are always treated fairly, with complaints handled courteously and promptly.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Client concerns typically stem from misunderstandings or service deficiencies. These issues can arise from inadequate explanations, unclear communication, or failure to meet expected service standards. Problems may be caused by insufficient facilities or the RA's inappropriate attitude toward clients, potentially leading to escalated complaints.

Clients can seek clarification to their queries and are entitled to make a complaint in writing. An Email may be sent to: support@finvezto.com. Alternatively, the Investor may reach the Research Analyst on Phone/WhatsApp at +91-8148413194. The client can expect a reply within 24-48 hours of approaching the Research Analyst.

In case the client is not satisfied with our response they can lodge a grievance with SEBI at https://scores.sebi.gov.in or may also write to the office of SEBI at Southern Regional Office, Overseas Towers, 7th floor, 756 –L Anna Salai, Chennai – 600 002.

After exhausting the above options for resolution of the grievance, if the investor/client is still not satisfied with the outcome, they can initiate dispute resolution through the ODR Portal: https://smartodr.in/login

Grievance Redressal Mechanism – Accessibility Compliance (SEBI Circular dated July 31, 2025)

All accessibility-related grievances will be acknowledged within 2 working days.

Resolution/response will be provided within 15 working days.
