Vijaya Diagnostic Centre will buy the Arya Wellness Centre diagnostic business in Guwahati for Rs 46.2 crore on a slump-sale basis.
The price is about eight to nine times FY26 EBITDA of Rs 5.6 crore on Rs 26 crore of revenue, paid from internal accruals. It is the company's first North-East site and closes around December.
