UFLEX began commercial production at its new Mexico woven-bags plant on 31 July 2026, with installed capacity of 80 million bags a year.
The facility is run by wholly owned subsidiary Uflex Woven Bags under an approved capex of 50 million dollars and targets pet food and animal feed packaging across North and South America. The project was announced in February 2025, so this is capex converting to output, and the plant sits inside the market it serves rather than exporting into it.
