Thyrocare will sell all of Nueclear Healthcare to Trovera Healthcare for Rs 141.40 crore, exiting radiology.
Consideration is Rs 59.50 crore of Trovera preference shares plus about Rs 81.90 crore in cash, closing targeted by 30 November. Capital moves back to the asset-light pathology core.
