Strides Pharma Science partnered with Ascent Capital to unlock value in Pivot Path, a life-sciences services business carved out of its global capability centre under an NCLT-approved scheme.

The deal brings outside growth capital into Pivot Path and strengthens the Strides balance sheet, while Strides keeps a stake, repeating its playbook of building, spinning out and monetising units.
