Signature Global's September-quarter pre-sales fell 9% year on year to Rs 1,830 crore, while collections rose 51% on the quarter to Rs 1,010 crore.
First-half pre-sales are Rs 3,800 crore against Rs 4,660 crore a year ago, down 18%. Average realisation rose 12% to Rs 17,122 per sq ft on a premium Gurugram launch.

Signature Global tied up 194.22 acres at Farrukhnagar in Gurugram for a low density farmhouse villa project.
Only 25 acres were bought outright and 169.22 acres came through collaboration agreements, which caps the cash going out. The land carries 6.77 million square feet and an estimated gross development value of Rs 5,500 to 6,000 crore.
