Shukra Pharmaceuticals signed a term sheet for a 60:40 joint venture with Borns Medical Robotics to design and manufacture AI-enabled surgical robotic systems.
The new entity, B&S Robotics, will distribute the systems across India and the Asia-Pacific region, Shukra's first move into surgical robotics.
