Shriram Properties signed a joint-development agreement for a 9.1 acre lake-facing project at Doddagubbi in north-east Bengaluru, with a gross development value above 600 crore rupees.
The 6.7 lakh square-foot project is slated for launch this financial year and adds to a run of asset-light JDA additions in north Bengaluru. JDAs let the developer scale launches without buying land outright.
