Rossell Techsys approved a Rs 299.99 crore preferential issue to SBI Mutual Fund at Rs 1,166 a share.
SBI Mutual Fund takes 5.75 percent of the aerospace and defence supplier and SBI Optimal Equity Fund 0.64 percent. Shareholders vote on the issue at an extraordinary general meeting on 15 October.
