Refex Renewables arm Refex Green Power won a letter of award from SJVN for an 80 MW wind project at a tariff of 3.88 rupees a unit.
The 25-year power purchase agreement carries no fixed contract value; revenue accrues on units actually supplied. It is the second 80 MW wind award in under a month, after an August win from SECI.
