Raymond Realty's pre-sales nearly doubled to Rs 902 crore in the September quarter, and collections rose 67% to Rs 682 crore.
First-half pre-sales grew 111% to Rs 1,602 crore with no new launch in the quarter. It plans Rs 4,100 crore of Mahim launches in the second half.
