Quality Power Electrical Equipments will acquire all of Win Win Speciality Insulators for up to 272.34 crore rupees.
About 148.5 crore is a share swap and 123.84 crore is cash, and the board also cleared a qualified placement of up to 700 crore rupees. Win Win, a high voltage insulator maker, had FY26 revenue of 17.07 crore.

The two wins strengthen the smallcap's grid-equipment order book and its export franchise.
