Pricol's board approved demerging its Driver Information and Connected Vehicle Solutions business into a separately listed company, Pricol Autotech, on a one-for-one share basis.
That unit, which makes digital clusters and connected-vehicle electronics, was about 61 percent of FY26 sales, so the split lets the market value the high-growth electronics arm apart from the legacy fluid and control business.
