Prestige Estates picked up a 17.14 acre land parcel in Sector 109 Gurgaon for a residential project with an estimated gross development value of 5,600 crore rupees.
The plot carries about 2.8 million square feet of saleable area off the Dwarka Expressway, and Delhi NCR already contributed close to 45 percent of group sales in the first half of FY26.

Prestige Estates launched Prestige Palm Court in Madhavaram, North Chennai, 910 apartments across 7.98 acres with a gross development value of Rs 1,330 crore.
The company intends three to four Chennai launches this financial year, so this is the opening leg of a stated regional push rather than a single project.

Prestige Estates launched Phase 2 of Forest Hills in Mulund, Mumbai.
It adds 500 premium 3 and 4 BHK homes with about Rs 2,200 crore GDV. The 15-acre plot sits in the larger Prestige City township. Homes start above Rs 3 crore, with possession around 2030.
