Pine Labs completed its 100 percent acquisition of D2C checkout startup Shopflo Technologies for 88 crore rupees in an all-cash deal approved in April.
The buy bolts online checkout onto Pine Labs' in-store payments business, building a full-stack merchant platform months after its market debut.
