Persistent Systems signed a business combination agreement with Germany-listed Nagarro, its subsidiary Galaxy Germany Holding bidding 81 euro a share for all of Nagarro at about a 140 percent premium.
Persistent has already agreed to buy a roughly 21 percent stake from a large holder, and the combined group would generate close to 2.9 billion dollars of revenue, nearly doubling Persistent's scale in AI-led digital engineering.
