Manappuram Finance reported first quarter consolidated net profit of 585 crore rupees against 138 crore a year earlier, on revenue of 3,034 crore against 2,262 crore, and declared an interim dividend of 1 rupee a share.
The base is the point. Q1 FY26 profit had itself fallen about 75 percent on stress at microfinance arm Asirvad, so 585 crore is a return to the company's Q1 FY25 level rather than a new high.

Manappuram Finance said CEO Deepak Reddy resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from December 31, 2026.
He is leaving to pursue other opportunities. It is a top-management change at the gold-loan NBFC, with succession the key thing to watch.
