KIMS signed an operations and management agreement plus a call option agreement with Aurevia Hospitals in Hyderabad.
The O and M structure with a call option attached is how KIMS adds beds without paying for them upfront. It runs the hospital for a fee now and keeps the right to buy it later, once the ramp is proven and the price can be set against real occupancy.
