Kajaria Ceramics enlarged its Srikalahasti tile expansion to 12.5 MSM from 10 MSM, lifting the cost to Rs 340 crore from Rs 210 crore.
The existing 8.8 MSM line there runs at full utilisation. Q2 tile volumes rose 10% and profit 43% to Rs 189.5 crore, on revenue up 24% to Rs 1,468 crore.

Kajaria Ceramics approved a 165 crore rupee expansion at its Gailpur plant in Rajasthan, adding 11 MSM of annual tile capacity to an existing 35.95 MSM.
The existing base is running at 100 percent utilisation, which is what forced the expansion, and the company is funding it from internal accruals for completion by April 2027.

Kajaria Ceramics filed the public announcement for a buyback of up to 21.5 lakh equity shares at 1,380 rupees each through a tender offer, worth about 297 crore rupees.
The board and shareholders have approved it, and a fixed-price tender buyback returns cash to holders at a premium.
