Kajaria Ceramics approved a 165 crore rupee expansion at its Gailpur plant in Rajasthan, adding 11 MSM of annual tile capacity to an existing 35.95 MSM.
The existing base is running at 100 percent utilisation, which is what forced the expansion, and the company is funding it from internal accruals for completion by April 2027.

Kajaria Ceramics filed the public announcement for a buyback of up to 21.5 lakh equity shares at 1,380 rupees each through a tender offer, worth about 297 crore rupees.
The board and shareholders have approved it, and a fixed-price tender buyback returns cash to holders at a premium.
