Jio Platforms listed at Rs 1,358 on the NSE, 21.4% above its Rs 1,119 issue price, after a Rs 30,213 crore IPO.
The stock settled near Rs 1,419 on day one, valuing Reliance's telecom and digital arm at about Rs 13 lakh crore. The issue had drawn bids for about 22 times the shares on offer.

At that price the fresh issue of 27 crore shares raises Rs 30,213 crore, India's largest IPO, and the shares are expected to list on 28 October.

Jio Platforms set its IPO price band at Rs 1,065 to Rs 1,119 a share after filing its red herring prospectus on 14 October.
The fresh issue of up to 27 crore shares raises about Rs 30,200 crore at the top end, which would be India's largest IPO, and runs 21 to 23 October with Rs 2,500 crore reserved for RIL shareholders.

SEBI sought clarifications from Jio Platforms on the IPO draft it filed on 19 June, an all-fresh issue of about 35,000 to 40,000 crore rupees.
Seeking clarifications is a routine step before SEBI issues its observations, and it keeps the Reliance unit's listing on track for the second half of 2026.
