Jaiprakash Power Ventures' Q2 profit fell to Rs 33.34 crore from about Rs 180 crore on a Rs 511 crore NARCL debt-settlement charge.

Revenue rose 5% to Rs 1,512 crore. Auditors qualified the results over a Rs 5,696.51 crore recompense claim from lenders that the company says is not payable.
