DLF sold out all 172 homes in The Aureva, its new Gurugram senior living tower, for about Rs 1,985 crore.
That is about Rs 11.5 crore a home across one G plus 45 tower on 4.17 acres, and the entire project cleared at launch rather than over a sales cycle.
