Dilip Buildcon is selling its 51 percent stake in Mekhali Power Transmission to Alpha Alternatives at an enterprise value of 2,914 crore rupees.
The Karnataka BOOT project costs about 2,171 crore rupees to build, with 429 crore rupees of equity funded 51:49. Alpha buys the stake only after commissioning.
