Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals received a rate contract from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company for off-grid DC solar water pumping systems, order value about Rs 29.77 crore.
The empanelment falls under the PM-KUSUM-B scheme and excludes GST. The pumps will be installed at various locations across Maharashtra. It adds to the company's solar pumping order book.
