CG Power rolled out the first transformer from its new Sehore plant in Madhya Pradesh, its largest single-location power transformer facility.
Initial installed capacity is 10,000 MVA, rising to 45,000 MVA at full commissioning. That takes group transformer capacity to 120,000 MVA.

CG Semi, the JV between CG Power, Renesas and Stars Microelectronics, began commercial production at its G1 OSAT semiconductor plant in Sanand, Gujarat.
The Rs 7,600 crore facility does chip assembly and test packaging at up to 300 million units a year. It is India's third semiconductor unit to reach commercial output, and first revenue from the venture now flows into CG Power's books.
