Arkade Developers said the gross development value of its upcoming projects has risen more than 500 percent to 18,000 crore rupees.
The pipeline was 2,800 crore rupees at its September 2024 listing and the project count has gone from eight to 15. FY26 total income was 828 crore rupees at a 23 percent EBITDA margin.

Adds four cluster redevelopment projects across Malad, Kandivali and Borivali spanning 11.17 acres and 15 lakh square feet of saleable carpet area.
Projected turnover potential is about Rs 5,000 crore, of which the Yogi Nagar plot in Borivali West alone accounts for Rs 3,000 crore.
