Apollo Pipes bought 76 percent of Morbi-based Mazzini Tiles for Rs 40.42 crore, taking it into ceramic tiles.
Mazzini makes polished glazed vitrified tiles at 72 lakh square metres a year and turned over Rs 87.15 crore in FY26. The board has cleared up to Rs 300 crore for tiles, so this is the first tranche.
