Anupam Rasayan bought 47.95 percent on 28 September, taking control of a formulations maker that reported Rs 1,000.64 crore of turnover in FY2025-26. The stated aim is forward integration from intermediates into finished dosages.

Anupam Rasayan signed a six-year specialty chemical supply contract with a United States specialty metal maker.
It is the company's first contract in the geological resources segment. Dispatches begin in the second half of the third quarter of FY27 and payment tracks quantities delivered, with no fixed value.

Anupam Rasayan raised its FY27 revenue growth guidance to above 30 percent, against the 20 to 25 percent it guided earlier.
Q1 revenue had already grown 36 percent to Rs 668cr, and newly commercialised Ethyl Fluoroacetate addresses a market the company sizes at $0.5bn.
