Affle 3i is acquiring the AdColony technology assets and trademark from Nasdaq-listed Digital Turbine for 4.70 million dollars on a slump-sale basis, picking up the Android and iOS SDKs, publisher integrations and the brand.
The deal adds SDK reach to Affle's consumer platform without taking on any customer contracts. It reinforces an ongoing commercial partnership with Digital Turbine.
