Affle 3i will acquire Israel's Nasdaq-listed Perion Network for an equity value of about US$420 million, all in cash.

Perion holds about US$228 million of cash and no debt, and Affle says it stays net debt free with a combined FY28 revenue run rate above US$700 million. Closing is expected in early 2027.

Affle 3i is acquiring the AdColony technology assets and trademark from Nasdaq-listed Digital Turbine for 4.70 million dollars on a slump-sale basis, picking up the Android and iOS SDKs, publisher integrations and the brand.

The deal adds SDK reach to Affle's consumer platform without taking on any customer contracts. It reinforces an ongoing commercial partnership with Digital Turbine.

Affle is buying the AdColony SDK, brand and goodwill rather than revenue, betting that deeper publisher integration sharpens its audience data and ad conversions.
